At Draw My Wheel, we want you to shop with confidence. We are committed to providing high-quality custom-made products and a fair, transparent return and refund process that complies with online shopping and merchant platform standards.
Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, some return limitations apply. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept return, replacement, and refund requests under the following conditions:
Eligible Return Reasons
You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:
- Your item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was lost during shipping
- The product received is significantly different from what you ordered
- The item has a manufacturing defect
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
As all products are personalized and custom-made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size, model, or variant
- Incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer
- Incorrect shipping address provided during checkout
- Minor color or print variations due to screen/display settings
- Normal wear and tear after use
This does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as ordered.
Return Window
Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund within:
- 7 days after delivery for damaged, defective, incorrect, or not-as-described items
- 7 days after the estimated delivery date for lost packages or non-delivery claims

- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of packaging (if applicable)

We may request additional information to verify the claim.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the issue is caused by us (damaged item, wrong item, defective product, or shipping issue), we will cover the return or replacement cost where applicable.
- If a return is approved for another eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Options
Once the issue is verified, we may offer one of the following:
- Full refund
- Free replacement
- Partial refund (where appropriate)
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not yet started.
Once artwork creation, customization, or production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible because the item is personalized.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Wrong items received
